A life-long resident of the Lake Seminole area, Nicholas Brown has a keen eye and love for the natural beauty found in south Georgia and looks forward to sharing local treasures with clients.
An avid angler and outdoorsman, Nick is a member of several local bass clubs and regularly volunteers with charity fishing tournaments and BASS CastingKids programs. He is the proud sponsor of one of the local area’s first high school fishing clubs at Sneads High School. After graduating from Florida A&M University with a degree in Physical Education, Nick returned to his community to teach at Sneads Elementary School, where he has had the pleasure of coaching for 13 years. He also coaches a variety of youth sport. He is a licensed realtor in both Georgia and Florida. Nick lives in the Lake Seminole area with his wife, Lindsey, and son, Fisher. In his free time, he enjoys tournament bass fishing, listening to podcasts, and traveling. Whether it’s developing players on the field, introducing young people to bass fishing, or helping clients find their perfect home, Nick is invested in the future of our community.
