Mills has been in the forest industry / real estate since 1995. In addition to being the Broker/Owner of 3 Rivers Realty, Mills is also a Registered Forester in the State of Georgia and the manager/owner of a for profit timberland/Ag farm in Decatur county GA. Mills uses his experiences as a land owner and his professional knowledge to assist clients with economic analysis of potential real estate purchases and has sold thousands of acres of land and additionally performed opinions of value for estate planning purposes for thousands of acres of timber and farm land throughout southwest Georgia. Mills has served many rolls and held positions of leadership within the southwest Georgia region including serving as President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtor's , Chairman of the Ethics and Professional Standard Committee, served on Southwest Georgia Board of Realtor's MLS Committee, Charter member of the Lake Seminole Association, Board of Director's for the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce and member of the "Discover Bainbridge" Marketing Group, Founding Member / President of the Bainbridge Farmers Market Board.
